What is your return policy?
We generally do not accept returns except in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the workmanship. In that case, we will replace the bag in question with another made with the same options. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please email us at [email protected]. How long will it take to receive my bag once an order is placed?
Generally speaking it will take 5-10 business days to ship out. If you need the item sooner than that, please email us at [email protected]. Also, if you are making a special request, it might take a little longer to complete the order.
